2S Titan Cronus-2 180 motor Summary

2S Titan Cronus-2 180 motor

Titan Cronus-2 2S/3S 180 Motor: The 2S/3S Titan Cronus-2 is a Hyper Performance 180 sized motor.

At 2S they do 35k rpm, 1100 g.cm, with a stall of 54A and are an excellent standard flywheel motor.

At 3S they do 53k rpm, 1700 g.cm of torque, with an 80A stall. This is perfect for Eclipse, with insane torque.

These are full length 180s with dual ball bearings and super strong Neodymium Magnets.  They also have 'Splined Shafts'.  Splined shafts dig into the flywheels and prevent walking or slipping.

This motor was initially designed to cater OFP's Eclipse cage requirement which requires motor to spin at 50000rpm to achieve critical velocity. Generally any 33000rpm 2S flywheel motor such as Titan Hyperion would be able to generate that if they are being ran at 3S, but it's redundant to have a weaker 2S 180 motor hence it was later decided that it should be a proper 2S flywheel motor while being a beast if you run it at 3S. Unlike other 2S flywheel motor, this motor was designed at 3S, making it viable to run it at 3S for some period of time.

Titan strongly suggest users to use a proper MOSFET in their blaster wiring to ensure safety and unlocking Cronus 2's true potential (please see 'wiring kits section' for 'MOSFET kit'). Running at 3S also consume more current, so make sure you have a bigger pack or backup lipo pack for long game.

Note:  You WILL need to cut the blaster shell for 180 motors and a Motor Cover is required.

All motors are tested in house to ensure they are all in perfect working condition before they leave our shop and sent out to our customers.  We will not take any responsibility for misuse by the buyer that damages the motors.

Blaster compatibility: You will need 2x motors for a typical flywheel blaster (Stryfe, Demolisher, Rapid Red, Rayven, Modulus ECS-10, Cam ECS-12).  A Rapidstrike CS-18 requires 3x motors (2 for flywheels and 1 for pusher).
